Job requirements

YOUR TASKS

-Work on the interface of food technology and biotechnology
-Planning, execution and documentation of wet lab experiments
-Support the identification of new potential precision fermentation targets to improve our products


YOUR PROFILE

-PhD in molecular biology/ biotechnology or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience
-Experienced in optimizing protein expression & purification using at least one of the following organisms:

S. cerevisiae

K. lactis

P. pastoris

-Broad molecular biology skill set (cloning, genome editing, WGS, etc.)
-Willingness and ability to find non-conventional solutions
-Enjoy working independently
-Well organized, enjoy starting and completing tasks to conclusion
-Reliable and keen to tackle things in an ambitious startup :)
